Personal Background
My career has been shaped by diverse experiences across global, regional, and local levels. Before joining INOVIS, I contributed significantly to Roche Pharmaceuticals, focusing on Global Product Strategy and UK Marketing. There, I was a Competitive Intelligence Manager in Immunology and thereafter a Brand Manager in Established Products, driving strategic insights and tactical execution for entrenched, high-value and highly competitive marketed products.
Managing the Strategic Consulting Services at INOVIS AG, I specialize in a range of areas including:
- Brand strategy optimization
- Workshops and scenario planning
- Lifecycle Management (LCM)
- Competitor simulations (war gaming)
- Competitive strategy training sessions
These services support a wide range of clients by leveraging my extensive experience in academic, patient-facing, and commercial activities over the past decade.
